This episode begins a new series of talks focused on Ecosexuality.
What is EcoSexuality? EcoSexuality is an artistic social change activism movement. EcoSexuality is a term created by Beth Stephens and Annie Sprinkle to express their relationship with their lover the Earth. These two women spearheaded the EcoSexual movement by producing the first two EcoSex Symposiums writing the EcoSex Manifesto and creating the website SexEcology.org. EcoSex Symposium I took place on October 24,2010 in Santa Monica, CA; EcoSex Symposium II took place on June 17-19,2011 in San Francisco. Reverend Ciacchi of Living Love Revolution teamed up with Gabriella Cordova of the Lotus Heart Center to produce EcoSex Symposium Portland on June 29-July1st, 2012. Serena Anderlini-D’Onofrio Professor of Humanities at Puerto Rico University and author of “Gaia and the new Politics of Love” gave a keynote speech at all three of the EcoSex Symposiums. She gives the following definition; “Ecosexuality is the new style of love that is beyond gender, numbers, orientation, age, race and species and embraces all of life as a partner with equal rights. Ecosexuals often consider love the ecology of Life.”
